Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Here’s exactly how, and what happens.
Delete from the app
- Open Settings in your PrepMate AI / FoodservAI app.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Delete by email
Prefer email? Send a request from your account address to hello@prepmateai.com with the subject “Delete my account,” and include your restaurant name. We’ll verify and process it.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Personal data associated with your account.
- Connected-service authorizations (for example, Google Business Profile access) are revoked.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. You’ll receive confirmation once your account and data have been removed.
