This Privacy Policy explains how PrepMate AI Inc. (“PrepMate AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and products, including the FoodservAI platform and its GM Dashboard, Rewards App, Employee App, PrepMate CRM and FoodservAI Play.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect your Google Business Profile, we access it solely to read your business reviews and, with your approval, publish replies and posts on your behalf. We never sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to provide the feature you enabled.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone, and restaurant details you provide.
  • Operational data — inventory, sales, prep, scheduling and customer records you enter or connect.
  • Connected services — data you authorize us to access, such as Google Business Profile reviews.
  • Usage data — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the products you use.
  • To power automation, forecasts and recommendations within the platform.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support and service updates.
  • To protect the security and integrity of the service.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, US region). We apply access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information.

Third parties

We use a small set of service providers strictly to operate the product — for example cloud hosting, email/notification delivery, and AI processing for features that require it. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see Account Deletion).

Your choices

  • Access, correct or export your data by contacting us.
  • Withdraw consent for a connected service (such as Google Business Profile) by disconnecting it.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
