These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by PrepMate AI Inc. (“PrepMate AI,” “we,” “us”), including the FoodservAI platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & subscriptions

Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.

AI features & limitations

Parts of the platform use automated and AI-generated recommendations. These are provided to assist your decisions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they take effect. Human approval is required for changes that affect your records.

Suspension

We may suspend or limit access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you provide. We retain ownership of the software, platform and related intellectual property.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepMate AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
